With 2025 marking 20 years The Doctor’s Orders is bringing the party to Grow Hackney. Now London’s longest-running independent Hip-Hop party is bringing it back to its roots of celebrating everything Hip-Hop with another incredible lineup.

The UK’s best loved DJ, former DMC Champion and vinyl addict Mr Thing will be spinning with the skill and eye for the dance-floor that most DJs can only dream of.

Kiss FM’s Rap Show host Esi is making huge waves on radio waves and in clubs. She will be tearing it up as only she can.

The Doctor’s Orders founder Spin Doctor will be hosting and spinning the blend of Hip- Hop, Soul, Disco and all manor of floor-filler that has been the blueprint of 20 years of partying.
