CLOAKROOM FACILITIES & LOST PROPERTY

  • Yes, we offer cloakroom facilities located at the main bar. The cost is typically £2 per item. Availability can vary depending on the event.

  • If you've left or lost items at the venue, please contact at reservations@growhackney.co.uk as soon as possible. Provide a detailed description of the item, and we'll do our best to help you recover it. Due to limited space, we only keep lost property for 2 weeks.

BOOKINGS - Tables / Food & Drink / Weather

  • We operate a hybrid model of pre-bookings and walk-ins. Approx 30% of our tables are allocated to advance bookings and 70% available as walk-ins, so if you are not able to secure a reservation, please feel free to pop down anyway. We recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment.

  • When you arrive at Grow please feel free to pop in to the main bar to meet the team (go through the green door to the left of the stairs!) or to find yourself a table. You can order at the main bar, (the outside bar when open) or through the QR codes on the tables.

    Please note:
If you do go to the bar to order food, ensure to take your table number.
We may need to turn off the app during busy periods to help regulate service but you will still be able to order at the bar.
If you are standing and do not have a table, you are unable to order food as we will not be able to locate you when bringing your food out.

  • We divide our bookings into small bookings (8 or less people) and large bookings (9~30 people)

Small Bookings - You can book your own table via OpenTable, please make sure you read the full Ts&CS when making the booking
Large Bookings - You will need to fill in a ‘large group booking request form’ for the attention of our reservations team. Please note, completion of this form does not infer confirmation of booking. Please make sure you read the full Ts&CS when making the booking

For any queries regarding bookings, please email reservations@growhackney.co.uk as we are unable to manage reservations via phone.

  • Stage Seating - inside, downstairs by the main bar and stage. It is not always available to book as we sometimes have to remove the tables for events
Mezzanine - located inside, above the main bar. A cosy cafe-style space perfect for daytime brunch or working, or with a great view of the stage for evening events.
Greenhouse - our indoor/outdoor space located by the side of the canal. Made from recycled bus shelters, it is fully covered and heated with patio heaters powered by eco-electricity
Terrace - outdoor canalside area. Most tables are covered with umbrellas / awnings and heated with patio heaters powered by eco-electricity.

As you can see, many of our tables are outside. The good news is that most tables have covers and heaters (powered by eco-electricity,) however, we are an outdoor all-weather venue and some of our tables are not completely sheltered from the wind/rain. We recommend that you check the local weather reports in advance and bring suitable clothing. By coming to the venue, and/or making a table, experience, event booking you are confirming you understand this.

  • If you have made a reservation with us you are welcome to make table requests, although these are not guaranteed unless you have received confirmation from us.

All tables have adequate space but, though we try our best, if you’re outside it is not always possible for us to ensure everyone has cover, heaters and the best view of the live music. Each table does have its own perks though, so we hope you’ll be happy with your allocated table!
