ABOUT THE MUSICIANS AND DJS

KULA Collective brings its signature blend of community-driven music to Grow, Hackney for the first time—a collaboration that’s been a long time coming! Expect an evening of Latin-inspired rhythms, soulful grooves, and live energy as we celebrate music that moves both body and spirit.

Leading the night is Beloved George, a dynamic band channelling the warmth of Brazilian grooves and Latin American rhythms, transporting you straight to the heart of South America with their infectious sound. With more acts to be announced, this is set to be a night of deep musical connection.

KULA Collective was founded in 2019, inspired by a network of creatives thriving in small, niche scenes across the UK. The word kula comes from Sanskrit, meaning community or tribe—a fitting name for a collective that champions emerging artists and fosters collaboration in intimate spaces across London. Their nights bring together musicians, poets, and artists, creating a welcoming space where audiences can connect, discover, and dance.

Grow is an independent, sustainable venue that believes in keeping music accessible and supporting grassroots artists. We offer free entry before 9pm and affordable tickets on the door to make sure everyone can be part of the experience.

This is just the start of a new musical journey at Grow—come be part of it.
