ROTATION POLICY // SOPH // HOUSE // DISCO

  • Grow 98c Wallis Road London, England, E9 5LN United Kingdom (map)

With 10 years in the game, Rotation Policy has become a mainstay feature in the landscape of London's nightlife and is back once again to bring you a night of funky musical exploration taking place on turntables.

ABOUT THE DJS

Taking heavy influence from club culture as it began in the US in the 1980s, their genre spanning sets are a mixture of the energetic highs of disco, hypnotic electronic music and raw house with locked grooves and packed with jazz and soul influences. They will be bringing through their handcrafted rotary mixer, giving the tone of the music a warm and impactful sound you won't find in your average club.

The special guest for this edition of Rotation Policy is none-other than Soph. A champion of all things vinyl, she has founded South London’s vinyl collective Social Records Society, as well as co-captained former record store and soon to be community owned live music venue Sister Midnight. She’s hosted and spun at a number of iconic venues across London such as Corsica Studios, Cafe 1001, Peckham Audio and the Carpet shop and played sets at We Out Here and Wide Awake festival as well as overseas at Boxout Wednesdays in Delhi.
