Friday 21 May 2021

Come to Grow’s Covid-19 secure venue as we reopen safely with the support of the Government's Cultural Recovery Fund.  Grow is also part of the Music Venue Trust #ReviveLive, a campaign to get the doors open, get live music back, get people back to work, relight the stages and reignite the UK's live music touring circuit.

Grow’s programme celebrates cultures from around the globe to down the road.  They have a packed programme with performances most days of the week, curated to be covid-19 secure with artists and musicians taking centre stage on the canal side pontoon. The limited capacity audience is socially disanced on the garden terrace surrounded by flowering plants or in Grow’s Greenhouse or new mezzanine floor inside this old converted sausage factory.

Expect: weekly live jazz with Stratos;  North African funk with Seeds of Creation; Venezuelan singer & songwriter Luzmira Zerpa; afro-fusion jazz with One Drum Rhythms; live soul with Lit FM and weekend brunch with master conga player Williams Cumberbatch. Find out more on our events calendar.

Enjoy a 360 experience at Grow. To accompany the canalside sounds, order homemade middle-eastern inspired sustainable street food and selected and signature drinks ordered via the Grow, Hackney app, served to your table.

Grow will also be live streaming many performances & continuing with our artists talks to add to our Grow At Home digital archive.

Arts Council England is the national development agency for creativity and culture. We have set out our strategic vision in Let’s Create that by 2030 we want England to be a country in which the creativity of each of us is valued and given the chance to flourish and where everyone of us has access to a remarkable range of high quality cultural experiences. We invest public money from Government and The National Lottery to help support the sector and to deliver this vision. www.artscouncil.org.uk
