Grow is independent and grassroots with international impact. Local and emerging artists are programmed alongside international artists.

Since GROW opened our doors in 2014, we’ve hosted 250+ events each year and had over 150,000 people through our doors.

Young musicians have jammed with Abass Dodoo (Ginger Baker band), Japanese contemporary dancers and indigenous didgeridoo masters from Australia, to name just a few. Our artist partners credit the collaborations, regularity of exposure and payments as helping them hone their craft. Those for come to Grow for the entertainment, food and drink experience a span of genres and together we celebrate diverse culture from around the globe to down the road.

We're thrilled to welcome back Dancehall Queen, Lei Di Dai, for a spectacular night of music and dance, after her unforgettable performance at Grow in 2018.

Lei Di Dai is a vibrant force in the Brazilian dancehall and reggae scene, known for her powerful vocals and dynamic stage presence. Hailing from São Paulo, she blends reggae, dancehall, and Afro-Brazilian beats into a unique and infectious sound that has earned her the title of "First Lady of Brazilian Dancehall."

Expect an electrifying show filled with Lei Di Dai's signature blend of rhythmic beats and passionate vocals. Her engaging performances are known to turn any event into an unforgettable experience.

Lei Di Dai celebrates her Brazilian roots while embracing global influences, creating a rich tapestry of sounds that appeals to a wide audience. Her music often explores themes of empowerment, social justice, and love.

Two special guests join her to support the night who are new Londond-based collaborators on her new album, Dubinci and Blase Vanguard who’ll be kicking off the night and keeping the party going until 2 am.

£5 pre-sale on DICE (limited amount), 90% of our tickets at the door. Free entry before 9 pm, £6 after 9 pm and £8 after 10 pm.

BOOKINGS

  • The first set is from approx 7.30 - 8.30. The second set is from approx 9.30-10.30pm.

  • Book a table via the Opentable widgit on the right for £6pp

  • Book a mezzanine table for the gig for £8pp. We can seat maximum 15 people that will have a great view of the performance.

  • We reserve 30% of our tables for walk ups so still feel free to come down and grab a spot. There is plenty of standing room as well. We advise that you arrive between 6.30 and 7.30pm to get a table.

  • Our kitchen is open until 10pm and serves a range of dishes and snacks. We have a range of drinks from the bar (open until 11.45pm) including Grow’s signature cocktails.

  • If you’ve booked a table via the Opentable Widgit, we recommend you turn up on time, as we cannot hold the tables for more than 15 minutes.

Happy Hour: Come to Grow between 5-7pm on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and enjoy offers on cocktails, wine and lager. From great rates on our specially curated organic wines, discounts on our signature cocktails to two of award winning lager for a tenner (!)

Our passion is for the cooking of the Middle East and southern Mediterranean so expect punchy flavours, warm spices and as always the best ingredients we can find to comfort and nourish the soul.

The Shedding Histories party is back with special guests, long standing NTS Radio and Worldwide FM residents, Palo Santo Discos & Dactylian on Feb 24!

As usual, the night will entail a broad and mystic brew of dance-floor grooves from across the globe. Palo Santo Discos, hailing from Amsterdam, has been described as a “shaman of dance-making” specialising in music from Latin and South America, and for this party we unite him with NTS radio partner and crate digger extraordinaire, Dactylian. So come and join them, alongside Shedding Histories residents Bena and Chameleonas, on one of London’s most open dance-floors!

A multicultural collective meeting together to create, connect and mix the dots from contemporary jazz with worldwide influences hailing from the souls of its current and past collaborators. From hip-hop, afrobeat, samba, DnB to spiritual frequencies. Suedejazz Collective aims to create universes where we all can meet together.

Brazilian DJ based in London since 2017, Tigas is a world music lover, records collector and an event producer.

Co-founder and member of N'Calma Collective for over 13 years, his focus now is to collaborate with different artists and bring people together to celebrate their cultures

This event will be entirely indoors

Entry £6 per person to book a premium table and £5 for advance tickets.

N'Calma Collective returns to the Grow Hackney to celebrate its 13th anniversary together with the refreshing arrival of the spring.

For this beautiful gathering, we'll be also celebrating DJ Tigas's 32nd birthday, and it's collaboration with Leandro Pestana, bringing forth their projects for this special event.
